 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP ELECTIONS MEETING JULY 11, 2009 AT THE LODGE. SIGN-INS BEGIN AT 9:00AM, MEETING STARTS AT 10:00AM. MASTHOPE PICTURE ID REQUIRED TO SIGN IN.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING POWERS OF ATTORNEY

In order to expedite the process and to allow the office to properly validate the Powers of Attorney for the General Membership meeting on July 11, 2009, the following policy has been put in place by the Board of Directors.

All property owners holding multiple Powers of Attorney for the July 11th General Membership Meeting must register them in the P.O.C. Office no later than 12 noon on July 10, 2009. No multiple Powers of Attorney will be registered after this time.

All Property Owners holding a single Power of Attorney (while encouraged to register them by July 10th) may register them in the P.O.C. Office between 8:30am and 9:00am on July 11, 2009. No single powers of Attorney will be registered after this time.

WESTCOLANG LAKE DAM UPDATE:

• The Lake draw down has begun.  All personal Docks & Boats MUST be removed from the Lake forthwith. 
• Community Docks will stay in until further notice.
• When traveling along Westcolang Road in the vacinity of the Dam, please use caution because there will be a great deal of activity adjacent to the Dam near the roadway
